Key Filter Information

A/ flush > run water though > 2 to 5 litres > until water runs clear

B/ some filters can require more flushing than others

C/ all new water filters require flushing

D/ filter status light requires a manual Re-Set > if fitted

E/ replace filters regularly, every 6-12 months for optimum performance

Returns

All sales at AAA FilterFast are governed by distance selling under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your goods to return them - if you have changed your mind for any reason.

Your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received - in its original packaging together with internal information.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. (e-Mail confirmation sufficient)

You are responsible for paying all postage costs associated with returning the item to us.

Missing Orders

No order arrival within 10 working days from date of your order.

We will check your order record & our initial dispatch.

Royal Mail - occasionally, a delivery attempt has been made & a card left -  please check your safe designated place. If your order is not at your local sorting office, please let us know & we will dispatch a replacement as soon as we can.

Damaged Items

B/ give details of damage & whether goods are serviceable or not.
