Filter installation

1/ Turn off water supply to fridge

 

2/ Release water pressure in filter by drawing off water using fridge dispenser

 

3/ Twist + Pull old filter

1/4 turn Counter Clockwise

note

- use towel below filter - some water may escape

- this is normal + will stop

 

4/ Push + Twist new filter up into fridge aperture until it stops

Twist a 1/4 turn clockwise
 

5/ Turn on water supply to fridge

 

6/ Flush water filter for a few minutes,

- until water runs clear

- as with all new filter cartridges

 

7/ Check connections carefully for any possible water leaks.

 

8/ Re-Set - Change Water Filter Light
 

Press + Hold 

Ice Type + Child Lock

for 3 seconds + release

 

Light should now turn Green

 

note

if you hold buttons for longer

Re-Set process will be cancelled

no problem ~ start again  

Key Filter Information

A/ flush > run water though > 2 to 5 litres > until water runs clear

B/ some filters can require more flushing than others

C/ all water filters require flushing

D/ filter status light requires a manual Re-Set > if fitted

E/ replace filters regularly, every 6-12 months for optimum performance

F/ unused for a few weeks - flush > 2 to 5 litres > until water runs clear
